Remarkify is about the people who move technology. These are the communicators, the mavens, the architects of all these wonderful technologies that we use today. Some of them are well known. Some are not. But they all come together to bring technological change in our society. These are the little details about them that get lost in the footnotes of their posts, the comments of their code, or the… ahem, remarks in their programs.

This site is the brainchild of Ed Gutman, a newcomer to the Silicon Valley scene. After finishing his graduate work in aerospace engineering at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, he moved to the Bay Area to strike it rich in the coffers of web technology. After realizing that was a silly goal, Ed now works toward exploring and analyzing new technology, particularly on the web, for the better social good.
